Re: My profile I totally agree with you paddyx..I do prefer to chat to to each new caller for a while to see if there is a sense of humour, a sense of respect..and on a daily basis I turn people away on the phone merely for the way they address me, the way they speak, the kind of questions they ask, etc. My people skills are exceptional, and I WILL NOT see anybody if they sound like a dimwit.
